Articles of the Corporation

 

Article I

Corporation Title

The name of the Corporation shall be the LEMON GROVE ROD AND GUN CLUB and the members shall be known as KLICK-N-BANGERS.

 

Article II

Purpose

The object of this organization shall be the encouragement of organized rifle, shotgun and pistol shooting with a view toward a better knowledge of the safe handling and proper care of firearms, as well as improved marksmanship. It shall be our further objective and purpose to forward the development of those characteristics of honesty, good fellowship, self-discipline, team play and self-reliance which are the essentials of good sportsmanship and the foundation of true patriotism.

 

To foster the maintenance, develop­ment, restoration and wise use of all wildlife and other natural resources through education of the people and support of appropriate legislation.

 

Article III

Incorporation

This Corporation is organized pursu­ant to the General Non-Profit Organization Laws of the State of California. If at any future date for some unforeseen reason the property has to be sold and the Corporation is not dissolved, the money shall be placed in trust for the purchase of another site.

 

Article IV

The principal office of this Corporation shall be located in the County of San Diego, State of California.

 

Article V

By-Laws

Unless hereinafter stipulated in the By-Laws, all business shall be conducted as set forth in "Robert’s Rules of Order, Revised" current edition. This Corporation shall operate on a fiscal year basis, the fiscal year to be May 1 to April 30.

 

Article VI

Affiliations

This corporation shall be affiliated with, but not limited to the National Rifle Association
